The is my Cross Contour Smudge picture how I did it was I had a picture on my computer of this . I take the picture in to photoshop and there I start making it before I did I had to think if I need to play with the water or the rocks , so I thought about it and then I think the rocks will look better so how I made it was I used the Smudge Tool on the rocks thats really focused to make it into a Cross Contour picture.
